What to expect when you plan?

- YOU MAY BRING ANY TYPE OF FOOD AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS.
- NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM AREA. NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED.
- NO SHOES ALLOWED ON THE GYM FLOOR. ADULTS & KIDS MUST WEAR SOCKS UNLESS CHILD HAS A SENSORY AVERSION TO WEARING THEM. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRIPPY SOCKS FOR KIDS SAFETY. WE HAVE WRTS GRIPPY SOCKS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
- NO GUM, GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.

Birthday Party Packages Pricing
Celebrate your special occasion with us! All parties are booked for a minimum of two hours, and a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. For any special circumstances, please feel free to give us a call.
Booking and Deposit Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled event, we can convert your deposit into a credit for future gym services. Please note that credits must be pre-approved and cannot be used for purchases in the Rock Shop.
Safety and Comfort:
Socks are required for all guests, both adults and children, Grippy socks are highly recommended for kids to ensure safety while playing. If a child has a sensory aversion to wearing socks, accommodations can be made. We also offer We Rock the Spectrum grippy socks for purchase at your convenience.

ROCK BASIC
$375/2 HOUR
- 2-hour private party room rental and access to gym. Closed to the public.
- Up to 15 children; each additional child is $25.
- Up to 23 adults; each additional adult is $5.
- Staff assistance with setup, clean up, and supervising on gym floor.
- Bring your own decorations and party supplies.
- Invitation template available upon request.
- Full access to all gym equipment, including zip slider.
ROCKSTAR
$525/2 HOUR
- 2-hour private party room rental and access to gym. Closed to the public.
- Up to 20 children; each additional child is $18.
- Up to 30 adults; each additional adult is $5.
- Staff assistance with setup, clean up, and supervising on gym floor.
- Bring your own decorations and party supplies to set up yourself.
- Invitation template available upon request.
- Full access to all gym equipment, including Zip Slider.
- Water or juice boxes for each child.
- An Open Play return pass for the birthday child.
- WRTS t-shirt for the birthday child.
ROCKSTAR PLATINUM
$750/2 HOUR
- 2-hour private party room rental and access to gym. Closed to the public.
- Up to 20 children; each additional child is $15.
- Up to 35 adults; each additional adult is $5.
- One dedicated staff member to assist with setup, clean up, and personal assistance during the party.
- Custom invitation template available upon request.
- Full access to all gym equipment, including Zip Slider.
- Water and juice boxes for each child.
- An Open Play return pass for the birthday child.
- WRTS t-shirt for the birthday child.
- Themed party favors are provided for each child.
- Themed decor, banners, tablecloths, plates, napkins, utensils, & table decorations provided.
- All setup and clean up are handled by our team.

- Additional 30 mins for Party – (Only on 10am or 4pm party options. 10am would start at 9:30am and 4pm would end at 6:30pm)
- Balloon Arch with Party Themed colors: Beautiful balloon arch can be setup in the party room, or in the arts and crafts area for photo ops
- Balloon Drop: We drop 100 balloons over the kids at a designated time during the party, this is a fan favorite!
- Floor Balloons: We scatter 30 balloons on the gym floor and trampoline for added fun, fan favorite!
- Balloon Box: 3×7 box full of twisted balloons (balloon swords, long stemmed flowers, and a variety of twisted balloon animals)
- Themed decorations, plates, napkins, utensils, table clothes and utensils with setup (must let us know the theme 2 weeks prior to the party)
- Photo Montage: Up to 50 digital pictures provided by the family are turned into a beautiful montage with music and displayed on our 2 big screen TV’s, in the Lobby and Party Room
- Choose your own Special/Specific Sensory Swings set up for the party
- Character Appearance: Ask us about getting your Child’s favorite character to attend their party. Prices and availability vary. More advanced notice the better as these services are in high demand
- Face-Painting: Face painter will be available with the kids for up to 2 hours, allowing each child to get their face painted!
- Party Favors (Per Child): Includes the option of either a Melissa & Doug, Fat Brain, ScentCo party favor (based on in-stock items)
- Socks for all Kids (Per Pair) – 1 Pair of We Rock Grippy socks will be provided for each child that attends (Calculated based on socks provided)

- Flexible Seating Options: The room can be configured with standard-sized tables or small tables and chairs suitable for children aged 5 and under, accommodating your specific needs. We also have the option for food tables and a separate cake or gift table.
- Customizable Decor: You have the freedom to decorate the space in numerous styles to match your theme, making each event uniquely yours, or let us do it for you as part of our Platinum Package or Themed Décor pack.
